Aven is the leading manufacturer of wooden packaging solutions in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. The company works to successfully develop, manufacture, and sell wood-based load carriers and packaging to industrial customers. Packaging entirely in wood

The core of Aven's business is wood, directly from forestry. Over its lifetime, a tree has absorbed far more CO2 than is required during processing when we build our products. We continuously work to ensure that the products we purchase, manufacture, and sell can eventually be reused, recycled, or disposed of with minimal resource usage and without harmful environmental impact. Our vision is to deliver optimal and sustainable packaging with environmentally certified materials according to FSC® and PEFC.

Simple and sustainable return system

With a long tradition of tailoring wooden packaging solutions for various industries, we aim to be both a sustainable and smart choice for those who want to make a difference. For some time, we have been developing a pilot project in the form of a return system for purchasing used pallets on a smaller scale. We envision that in the future, you as a customer will be able to turn to us when your product is no longer usable. We will then collect the product, sort and grade it based on quality, and then compensate you with an amount equivalent to the value of the product. It's a simple system where all you need to do as a customer is to contact us. To implement the project and expand our production, we acquired a property in Tidaholm with 7,000 m2, including a 50,000 m2 plot, which we previously rented for some special manufacturing. In the property, we will also stock items from our standard range, such as Euro pallets, pallet collars, and plywood lids, for better delivery precision and proximity to the customer.

New acquisition in 2022

At Aven, we attach great importance to creating long-term and strong relationships. We are a flexible company working with a flexible material. Together with our partners, we can develop custom solutions that meet or exceed desired needs.

Proximity to the customer is crucial when it comes to delivery precision. Therefore, the company has sister facilities around Scandinavia that can shorten or support deliveries to our customers. The latest addition to the DTE family is Røyrås Treindustri AS in Norway, which the company acquired in July. This addition will enable us to offer even better delivery precision. All our products, even the most complicated ones, should be efficiently produced to the right quality at the right time. We work long-term, not slowly.
